Cant add Honeywell Total Connect Comfort

i tried to add this:

i know my usename and pw is correct cause i can log directly here: Honeywell Home - My Total Connect Comfort
any idea what’s wrong with the integration? or is there a HACS i should look at?

The HA Integration should work (don’t use HACS). I don’t know why your credentials are not working but you may want to wait and try again later. Also check the HA logs to see if there are any clues.

thanks. i finally got it integrated

i dont know why it stops working after maybe 10 hours. i keep having to click on Reconfigure to enter my password
