Can't add-on file editor

Clicking Install will cause the installation to fail

Does anyone know how to solve it?
My ha OS is 9.0

If you click on the File Editor hotlink (in blue above the spanner icon) does the Github page for addons/configurator open correctly? My guess would be that you can’t connect to the repository.
