The documentation says install whisper and piper and configure them then change voice assistant in settings. But in settings I can only choose to log in to hassio cloud. Is this something limited?

Update: i had to add the following to configuration.yaml

Unfortunately I’m still only getting “unexpected error during text to speech” whenever I try to ask for anything 
Entities exposed, local assistant added but still a no go
Try connecting to could. (trial version) This is the only way I managed to make a choice. Many have a problem!
