Can't connect anymore with the App or browser through local network

Hello,

HA has been working fine for years, and it still does in the background, but suddenly I can’t access anymore to the web interface.

My home router config didn’t change. I used to be able to connect with http://192.168.1.12:8123 but no more. I can still ping this IP, and I confirm it is still allocated to the mac address of the Rpi, but it won’t load the web interface, on my phone or a PC connected to the local network. I’m puzzled.

I’ve tried SSH with putty and a private key created long ago, but it won’t connect either.

In the background the automations continue to work. Does anyone have a miracle idea?

thanks

Hi Jerome, have you connected a display to your RPi?
What kind of installation method are you running?

Hello, I have HAOS, but right, plugin a screen will be the next step. However I need to open the case and of course the problem appeared the day before vacations, so I had no time so far. Back next week with some update.

I also use an external SSD instead of an sd-card, maybe I can find some tool for testing it.

answering to myself: Finally I could restore a backup and everything is back on track. In the end I think it was a combination of many things in parallel: changed the duckdns config because access from outside was KO, update HA and add-ons, lost the private key to connect with SSH, and I suspected the SSD to have issues…
That allowed me to test the HA restore function and as usual with HA, this is rock solid.
And in parallel I have understood why connection from the outside was not working anymore: this is because of Internet provider who switched my connection to IPv6 and IPv4 CGNAT. I have asked for a rollback to full IPv4, which should solve the problem.
