Can't Connect to HA after new router

I had HA running pretty well then my Wifi crapped out and got a new router. Can’t get HA to connect thru the app or desktop. I tried factory resetting HA and still can’t get it to work. Plugged in a monitor and tried the IP. With no success either. Any ideas?

Modem: Cox XB9
Router; Netgear XR500

Is the DHCP ip address range of the new router the same as the old router?

Have a look at your saved HA bookmark for the old router. What was the IP address?

Is your Green connected via wired or wireless networking?

It all matched. I used incognito mode and it worked. It was stuck in the middle of onboarding and I was able to finish it.
