Can't connect to HA but in tv monitor is everything ok

Hey all! Thank you in advance for any help that you can provide me…

I’ve just installed HA in a RPI4 and started it as it’s described in: Raspberry Pi - Home Assistant (i’ve tryed both balena and raspberry in order to flash the sd)

My RPI take an IP as I can check throught the router page and I can’t access my HA any way:

  • http://X.X.X.X:8123(with the IP assigned to HA, of course…)

If I connect a monitor to the RPI4 via hdmi shows that everything is okey and i should be able to reach my HA by
http://homeassistant.local:8123/ but when I try to access Chrome shows me: Can’t find the server or DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN…

Can anybody help me?

Try http://192.168.1.10:8123

and your OS version shows 7.0 ? Why did you not install 10.4 ?

The error showed by Chrome is: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

It was an Old screenshot i’ve found in the forum. I’ve installed the last version but the screen shows the same as the picture…

Should i open any port in my router in order to connect to home assistant…? Maybe changing anything in my MAC (laptop) configuration?

Do you realize how useless that is?

Did you try the observer URL?
Do you have a keyboard on the Raspberry?

No, I don’t have used the observer url. I’ll try today.
I can use a keyboard.
