Can't connect to Home Assistant after 1st day

Yesterday I installed and connected to Home assistant, last night I closed the lid on the laptop I am using exclusively for Home Assistant, did not turn it off, IP address is same, this morning I cannot connect to Home Assistant. Everything looks that same on the Home Assistant homepage, Yesterday and today I do have at the header “waiting for the Home Assitant CLI to be ready …”

This morning, my Zwave network was very problematic with several devices not working. After restoring one of my backups, everything came back. SO, make sure to have backups. I use the Google Drive option as a second backup location and I also always set one backup to never delete (that is usual one of the most recent backups).
Furthermore, I understand that you set up HA on a laptop. That is not, in my view, a perfect setup. While I now have the Yellow Box, for several years I had HA on a RPi3 and it worked flawlessly.

The reason for the laptop, I had no use for it so it is a stand alone with 8mb Ram, 450gb, and it is only 3 years old.
