I had three Reolink cameras integrated into home assistant just fine then I went and got the Reolink Home Hub pro. I joined/associated the cameras to the home hub pro and also update the home hub pro to the latest firmware. Once I associated the cameras to the home hub pro they were no longer valid devices in home assistant so I removed them hoping to connect to the home hub pro and once again see them but I can no longer connect to any of the Reolink devices including the home hub pro. I get an error “unknown error occured” I have verified the ports and protocols are all enabled on the home hub pro in the Reolink app and I can connect to the home hub pro by entering its ip address in a web browser and providing my credentials. Any help appreciated. I am not a tech savvy individual so I’m sorry in advance if my question is not articulated in a clear way. Happy to try to provide whatever additional information that would help.
update: I am able to connect to the home hub pro via the onvif integration and also by connecting to a generic camera device type and entering the appropriate IP address etc. So it seems my problem is with the Reolink integration specifically but I do not know how to delete an integration and re-load it. Is that possible?
Hi Thomas,
I’ve got the same problem. Multiple cameras connected to a Home Hub Pro, but when trying to setup the reolink integration I get the same error.
Did you ever resolve your problem?
I’m on 2025.12.1
