Can't connect to wifi

I installed home assistant on Raspberry Pi 3B+.
When I plug ethernet cable, it works correctly - I can go to ha page, login etc.

So I wanted to use Wifi insted of cable and I created file on RPI CONFIG → network → my-network, replaced SSID + pw. It’s a bit strange that if I set my-network file first and then run RPI, the CONFIG folder disappears from sd card but I assume it’s normal.

I see in logs during system startup:
(1 of 2) a start job is running for wait until kernel time sychronized ( … counting seconds … / 1min 30)

Also my IPv4 addresses are empty:
empty ip
(it wasnt empty when I plugged cable)

I even reset my wifi router and set very basic router configuration to check if this is the reason, but probably not.

You set up the IPv4 config in the GUI now.

Supervisor / System / Host card.
