Can't create backup

I have Home Assistant 2023.3.6. So far my backups were OK, I made it every month. After recent upgrade, (not sure exactly which one), I don’t see my previous backups. When I try to create new backup, HA frizes. I realized that my old backups are in folder …/config/backup, and new backups are in folder …/backups, all files with 0 kB.

What went wrong?

Could you be out of disk space? Check Settings>>System>>Storage

Memory usage is 85%, and disk storage 30%.
I realized that Supervisor is not loaded.
