Can't enter in Supervisor "Unable to load the panel source" / 0.106.4

Just last weekend I put Hassos completely new on a RPI3 after the SD card was broken.
Now I’m at version 0.106.4 and can’t get into the supervisor anymore.
SSH had not been installed before, I only have access via Samba.

“Unable to load the panel source: /api/hassio/app/entrypoint.js.”

Is there a solution to fix this without ssh or do I have to start from zero again?

All good again, it was probably HACS after an update and a HardReset it runs again.
