Can't find new devices on deConz

Hi everyone,

Environment

  • Core 2024.12.1
  • Supervisor 2024.11.4
  • Operating System 14.0
  • Frontend 20241127.6
  • RPI 4, SSD
  • deConz 7.0.0
  • Conbee II (w/ extension cord) firmware 26720700

Have been a long time user of HA on a RPi 3, having a few zigbee devices connected through conbee II. In the last few weeks I experienced random restarts of RPi followed by a period of unavailability (didn’t reply to any external access or check, other then a positive reply to ping). After some time of unsuccessful debug, I’ve got hands on a RPi 4 and everything was restored successfully apart from deconz and no random reboots have been identified.

The above context brings a to where I am: restore of deConz backup puts all plugs and sensors to phoscon portal but none of them seems to be able to connect (i.e. its current status do not seem to be reflected on phoscon nor HA through deconz integration. When restoring everything apart from deconz or reseting the gateway and deleting the data can’t get the devices synced with deconz/phoscon. Initially I though that it was an hardware issue, but after getting nowhere I used a pen drive with a clean version of HA and connected it to the RPi4 (replacing the SSD of my main install, keeping the rest the same) and on that clean install I was able to connect new plugs without any issues => this rules out any hardware issues.

Logs do no show that may be seem useful (pastebin). SSD/USB drive is connected in the USB 3.0 port and conbee II is on USB 2.0 using an extension cord.

Already removed the addon and reinstalled with no better luck. Change of channel do not fix this. Below I paste the network configs:

Any ideas on how to debug?

Kind regards!

Anyone with an hint for debuging this?

Thanks in advance!
