Cant find the Local Tuya Integration in Hacs

Hello,

I am mew to home assistant. I just setup my HA OS on a rasberry pi, and started configuring HA little by little.
I wanted to integrate tuya locally, all the videos/docs I found are talking about using the Hacs tuya integration. But i cant seem to find it. I however found its repo, tried to import it in HA via import repo, but it says its not compatible!!!

Can someone enlighten me? Is local tuya still working with HA? Any one can provide a tutorial, at least for how to install the repo?

Nevermind, i found other people with the same problem. It seems its isnt available in hacs by default. I am going to try to install it manually as the repo says.
