Can't get Alexa to speak

Hi all

I think as I’m getting older I’m also getting stupider. I installed Alexa Media Player via HACS, and I’m almost certain that I did so exactly as it says; I went on the Amazon Alexa website and got the very long code that you use to enrol in an app, and then I got a 6 digit code which I entered into the website. I then went into Integrations and added the Alexa Media Player. It found all my Alexa’s.

But when I select any of them, it says that it’s unavailable.

Is there some way that someone can help me with this, before I pull out all my hair? I don’t want to muck around too much with it for fear of messing it up.

Looks like I got it working! I am using hassio on my unRAID server and I found a note stating that users of hassio need to do a couple restarts of Home Assistant to get it to work.
