I’m trying to get a simple landing dashboard.
I have a section with all my lights, which should go across the top (2 columns).
I then have 2 sections with one tile card each, width of 1, which I expect to sit side by side.
In the browser, it looks fine. But not on my mobile.
Below is a test dashboard which I created from scratch for illustration.

I can’t figure out what I’m missing. Any tips?

Your mobile screen is not wide enough to display two columns.
Unless you rotate your phone into landscape orientation.
Are you using a Sections dashboard? If not test adding those cards to a test dashboard.

Thanks for the replies.
Yeah, it looks like it’s not wide enough, even though visually it does. I’m guessing it’s the width of the gap between sections - I’ve tried 2 empty sections and the same thing happens, but if I put 2 tiles in one section, they show side by side.
I’m least I’m not going mad - yet!
Actually it should fit you just have to put them in the same section that spans the full width.
You can set the section width using the pencil icon at the top right of the section when in edit mode. Not the pencil icons in the centre of your cards.
These two thermostats display beside each other on my phone.
