I have tried everything I know in order to get past the Select the instance you would like to connect to: which is blank, and also the Enter address manually, which doesn’t work because it won’t accept my IP address and can’t parse my network name. I’ve cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, hard cleared the phone cache, set location permission before opening the app…I’m not a coder so now, I’m at a loss. I’m just an every day user who installed this from the Play store because I’d like a bit more configuration ability over my ring cameras.
I’m on a Note 9, UTD on everything, latest OS for my model…I don’t know what else to do. Anyone have an idea?
