Hello,
I have a RPi4 8GB with Hassos 5.1 64-bit installed and a Razberry2 (blue version) + a PoE hat. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing half of the time but I can’t get z-wave to launch.
I’ve installed OpenZWave and configured it with /dev/ttyAMA0 and a network key. When I click start network for z-wave under configuration it never starts. I let it be for an hour yesterday but nothing happened. I’ve also disabled bt through config.txt but I don’t remember exactly what I wrote.

I solved it a few days ago.
I had installed a metal case on the RPi to lower the temps and had to use a 40-pin extension for the GPIO, this caused the PoE hat to end up slightly askew which caused loose contact between the RaZberry 2 that sits on top of all this and the pins. When I removed the case the RaZberry got better contact with the GPIO-pins. I get higher temps now but whatever, I know how to solve that somewhat.
