Trying to add Zigbee Home Automation. I select the Built-in serial port for the Zigbee adapter. EZSP for Adapter type. Port Speed 115200, Hardware, then Software, then None. All result in Failed to Connect.
Any ideas?
Go to Settings > System > Logs. There should be a reason why it failed.
What exact model of Zigbee coordinator are you using?
The Logs state "There are no new issues". However, I checked Home Assistant Core Log and it states on 6/28 - "2026-06-27 18:15:02.819 WARNING (SyncWorker_0) [homeassistant.loader] We found a custom integration hacs which has not been tested by Home Assistant. This component might cause stability problems, be sure to disable it if you experience issues with Home Assistant" .
I should also mention - I'm a Newbie so, not sure what the Zigbee coordinator is...but here's a guess...Home Assistant Green, Rockchip RK3566 SoC with quad-core Arm Cortex-A55 CPU
This is normal. It will pop up each time you restart HA & will generate a separate warning for each custom integration you have installed. Nothing to worry about.
Well, looks like we found your issue! Home Assistant Green doesn't have a zigbee coordinator built in. Zigbee Home Automation requires a zigbee coordinator to communicate with HA. That's why you can't set it up. I suggest you read the ZHA Docs to familiarise yourself with how Zigbee works.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I do have a ZBT-2 and tried that but had the same issue.
Oops - I see it has one of the recommended Radio adapters.
Ah, so you do have a coordinator. I'm a bit confused about your last message though - did you manage to get it working?
