I can log into my account at account.nabucasa.com
Connecting via the remote URL of course does not work since the Rpi isn’t logged in.
I’ve rebooted and made sure I am using the same passwords.
Why would the Rpi not be able to sign in?

Delete the file mnt/data/supervisor/homeassistant/.storage/smartthings
Make sure your browser is on the Nabu Casa remote access URL, if you are on the local subnet, the Smart Things URL gets populated incorrectly. Now you can add the integration.
Not a great experience so far with HA. I’ve burned 3 weeks of the Nabu Casa trial just getting Smart Things connected.
@krskrab : Both of your arrowed items are selected. I can use the Nabu Casa URL to access my console.
