Hi guys, I already tried to ask for this in the “installation on synology virtual machine manager” topic, but unfortunately my problem still remain.
I followed the installation instructions, and the VM works correctly, but when I navigate to the generated IP address and port 8123 nothing happens, my browser starts an endless loading. After A LOT of time, the url become “ht*p://192.168.1.109:8123/onboarding.html”, but then a message “the connection has timed out”.
The observer url (port 4357) works and it tells me that everything is ok.
I tried to use the hostname instead of the IP, to change browser e to temporarily disable firewall (nas and router), but nothing happens.
I can ping the url (without the port), I can see “homeassistant” in “other devices” of my network, and I already tried to:
- reboot modem/router/switch/nas/pc
- connect from another device (smartphone)
- use incognito mode on browser
- uninstall and reinstall the VM and the synology Virtual Machine Manager
When I try to telnet it, the result is a black windows with a blinking “_”.
