Can't reach homeassistant.local:8123

Installation

Worked before. New install of Virtualbox on Windows 10 PC. Here’s my HA machine:

The following all give “can’t establish a connection to the server”
1)http://192.168.1.167:8123/ (this IP shows up as homeassistant on my network)
2) homeassistant.local:8123
3) http://homeassistant:8123

Fixed by downgrading to hassos_ova-5.12.vdi :woozy_face:

Where did you found this file? My file is hassos_ova-5.13.vd and I can´t reach homeaasistant.local:8123 too
