Can't reach nabu casa external

beginning Sept 23 i’m no longer able to reach the nabu casa cloud external server. log message below. from my browser, i can reach cloud.nabucasa.com and get the 404 error. i can log into my nabu casa account, but.it tells me

Your instance is not connected to Home Assistant Cloud

Remote address: Not available

when i try to connect via Home Assistant Cloud i see Unable to connect: Cannot connect to host cloud.nabucasa.com:443 ssl:default [Network unreachable]

Cloud connection status: Connecting…

so everything is just going in circles. at this point i’m stuck. i also can’t get some updates as i’m getting retrieval errors. my guess is some sort of SSL change has locked me out, hence i tried upgrading everything, but that’s just a guess. any thoughts?

I’m not certain where that URL came from, but all the links you posted have http:// not https://. Once you change that things happen, but not sure what.

Talking to your nabu-casa instance involves something like this with your secret number in place of the place holder I show below.

thanks, everything is using https. things were configured fine for years, then just went south. i can’t get/see my specific nabu casa address to check things b.c. of the errors i noted above, but i haven’t done anything to change it.

So no changes to your internal or external URL settings.
Default-config is in your configuration.yaml?
I’ve heard of issues similar when using Chrome, If you are using that is that up to date, cache cleared?
Did you try another browser regardless of that browser you are using?
Did you restart your firewall / router to make sure CNS is up to data there?

Trying to think of things I would do…

thanks, it doesn’t appear to be an issue with my network, or at least not an obvious one. as i noted, i can reach it from my browser, terminal, etc. within home assistant cloud, instead of my remote url, i simply get

which has been the case for 4 days, and not something i know how to control or sort out. my account is up-to-date, i’m signed in, can log into my nabu account, etc. etc.

I have the same issue.
I cannot access HA from my Samsung Mobile or my Samsung Tablet.
Laptop can access HA on my LAN no problem. I have tried clearing Cache etc.

In the “Learn More” It says it should only take about 60 seconds but it’s ben over an hour now (that I know off).

In frustration I REBOOTED my NUC HA
That fixed things. Why?
