Can't remove proximity entities

Hello
I’m running HAOS 2022.10.0. I setup two proximity entities in configuration.yaml which have been created accordingly after HA restart. I thren removed them from configuration.yaml, restarted HA. I can’t delete these entities. Instead this message is diplayed:

This entity (‘proximity.paris’) does not have a unique ID, therefore its settings cannot be managed from the UI. See the documentation for more detail.

Well, to my knowledge there is no provision to define a unique_id.
Does someone knows how to get rid of those?

I realized that to get rid of those entities I had to quit the app and lauch it again.
