Can't start File Editor?

Hi all,

I’m getting the following log error when I try and start File Editor via Supervisor:

20-03-02 08:17:40 ERROR (SyncWorker_14) [hassio.docker] Can't start addon_core_configurator: 403 Client Error: Forbidden ("endpoint with name addon_core_configurator already exists in network hassio")

I notice that File Editor appears in the left navigation but is not currently started, therefore I get the error stating that I need to start it.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I have the same problem after upgrading to 0.115.
did you get it solved?

I have the problem too in 0.115.2.

Same for me.
I get this message Unable to load the panel source: /api/hassio/app/entrypoint.js.
