My wife and are are both using the official Android HA apps on our phones. She has her own HA user account, if that matters. I think I have her phone configured the same way as mine, but it isn’t tracking. She can tap on devices and turn lights on and stuff, but no luck with the location. I have enabled location permissions for the app, so I don’t think it is that. Anything else I should look at?
verify you’re using the correct device_tracker.

Anyway, checked that. It is tracking her device. It just says “Unknown” for location in HA. Even when her phone is in the house, unlocked and tinkering with the HA app. Still not sending the location, it seems.
Ok, that means the device tracker isn’t attached to her person.
Under People and Zones, I have me and my wife, and I have her account set to track her phone. Is this what you meant?
fixed it. I deleted her account and created a new one. Re-logged in to her phone and it worked. Not sure what the issue was. Thanks for the help though!
