Can't update to 2023.2: System not healthy

Hi,

I tried to update my Home assistant installation from 2023.01.01 to 2023.2 (RPI with SSD) but I’m getting the following error:

Error updating Home Assistant Core ‘HomeAssistantCore.update’ blocked from execution, system is not healthy - setup

I tried the following:
*reboot the whole system.
*No repairs advised.

NB. I use Nabu Casa cloud

It looks like the web socket API is causing a problem.

I found some other post about this error message, but those are from last year and they state a supervisor reboot would solve it. But it doesn’t in my case.

Does somebody have a clue about solving this issue?

Hi I’ve got it fixed by the following steps: (Credits to a post from Kushan)

• Ignore the unhealthy check by using: " ha jobs options --ignore-conditions healthy " in the terminal
• Reboot
• Update as usual.
• Reset the settings: " ha jobs reset " and " ha supervisor restart. " in the terminal.

This worked for me.

HI All,
I am having a little issue too with attempting to update Core 2023.9.2 (from 2023.9.0)

I have tried changing my DNS, and also resetting the supervisor.

has anyone got a resolution please?

I’m having the same problem. What did you do about it?

I like that there is a fix from @kabbie but my question is why do I get this every time I try and update anything? It started a couple of versions back and now happens whenever I try and install any update, e.g. updating HA Core from 2023.11.2 > 2023.11.3.
Any ideas?
