Can't use backup after update to 2022.4.0

After updating Home Assistant to version 2022.4.0, many warnings appeared. I decided to revert to version 2022.3.8. But an attempt to restore from a backup fails.
INFO (MainThread) [supervisor.jobs] 'BackupManager.do_restore_partial' blocked from execution, no supervisor internet connection
There is Internet access, the home network is working fine, there is access to the Raspberry Pi 4 via SSH protocol.
I also cannot upgrade to version 2022.4.1 for the same reason. Advise how to get out of this situation?
I use docker 20.10.12 and supervisor 2022.03.5

First Reboot your system, not just ā€œRestartā€, then check your logs again
PS: i assume you did wait for awhile when first updated to 2022.4, as it did say a ā€œRebuild of database was ongoingā€
But always have a routine of trying to ā€œrestartā€ again, and even try ā€œRebootā€ , if then still same error, check if you Pi4 has connection i.e. can you ping it on itā€™s NIC IP, or better of from HA, ping your routers IP

PS: Just noticed itā€™s NO ERROR, but INFO ā€¦ so could be that Update is working on what it suppose to ā€¦ depending of how larger you DB is, it could take15min to several hours ā€¦ patience is a pain, leave it, come back later, if you donā€™t show ERRORS there has been no Restore Failure !

Thanks for trying to help me.
Rebooted the host. Then I tried to restore the system from a backup.
There are no bugs. Here is part of the log:

How do I restore my system from a local backup?

why would you ā€œrestoreā€ if there are no Errors in your system ? ā€¦ if you manage to Revert to 2022.3.8 ā€¦ you HAVE to Update to 2022.4.0 ā€¦ if you donā€™t see this available wait a day or 2 and it will pop op, if not already

PS, There were major changes to made the DB in 2022.4, so if your system running fine now, on 2022.3.8, you have to Update System to 2022.4, you canā€™t apply a Backup you made in 2022.4, to a system running 20022.3.8

Edit2: ok, maybe i misunderstood, and that you actually still are on 2022.4, or ? But in that case try again(as you have no errors) to update to 2022.4.1, see if that works now ā€¦ again i do hope you wasnā€™t un-patience when you first updated to 2022.4 due to the DB-Update could take loooong time, for some people ( 1 Person reported 9 hours ! , for my system the rebuild of DB took about 5-10 min i think ā€¦

Then again i donā€™t have Zigbee2mqtt And there was reports in regards to some zigbee integration, some solved in 2022.4.1

Search this Topic: ā€¦ If you get errors due to Update to 2022.4

Below is also not Errors, but warnings ā€¦ and if your DB was successfully Updated, below "22-04-08 20:11:50 WARNING (MainThread) [supervisor.addons.options] Unknown option ā€˜base_topicā€™ " is most likely because this is ā€œAttributesā€ which have been moved in 2022.4, and moved to another ā€œTableā€ in the DB ā€¦ meaning they still exist, so shouldnā€™t cause ERRORS

I have version 2022.4.0 from yesterday. And I canā€™t upgrade to version 2022.4.1
Thatā€™s why I wanted to roll back and wait. But I canā€™t go back or forward.
When trying to update, core_2022.4.0.tar is backed up, but nothing happens.

saw such similar ERROR in another Update recently, a ā€œfixā€ came after few days ā€¦ but i think you should report this, as it seems same reason why you canā€™t ā€œRollbackā€ to 2022.3.8 ā€¦

Another option is that you could try ā€œanotherā€ older backup, see if that works, thou you probably get the same :frowning:
INFO (MainThread) [supervisor.jobs] 'BackupManager.do_restore_partial' blocked from execution, no supervisor internet connection

Have you made these ā€œoptionsā€ your self in a yaml ?
ā€¦ and you do use the ā€œdefaultā€ DB in HA ?
PS: i noticed you used google backup ? ā€¦ do you have any backup-files locally ? so you could try a ā€œlocalā€ restore

The problem was solved.
Added a line to the /etc/dhcpcd.conf file
denyinterfaces eth0
and after
sudo reboot
the host system has access to the Internet.
Updated to 2022.4.1
Thanks

Not much of a help, but i guess i kept you going :joy: ā€¦ thou i didnā€™t thought about HAā€™s dhcp, maybe your routers, but as it occurred after upgrade, router sittings cant be affected , and i never figured out what that ā€œdial tcpā€ mend ā€¦ but good to hear you solved it

PS: another time if you get erros, you can change ā€œLoggerā€ from Info > to DEBUG ā€¦ might give you more details to go on

the /etc/dhcpcd.conf file I tweaked is on the host system (Raspberry Pi)

ah ok, i donā€™t know anything about Pi , i use and older laptop  ā€¦ running homeassistant os , in a VM
