Can't use duckdns domain to access remotely

i’m a newbie and i don’t understand everything but i’m learning, i followed this tutorial https://youtu.be/AK5E2T5tWyM i made the duckdns domain and did the port forward to port 8123, and it works on my local network ussing “https://my-domain:8123”, but not remotely, it stays in this screen

i thought that i did something wrong with the port forwarding but i try using my ip to access remotely “http://my-public-ip:8123” and it works, the duckdns addon doesn’t say anything wrong in the logs, and i guess is working because it has update my ip to the duckdns domain when it changes…
the tutorial talks about nat loopback, but i did the cmd test as the tutorial said and didn’t have any problem
in the config i just added this
config1

don’t know if this helps, but i followed this tutorial from the same channel to add google assistant https://youtu.be/RqGi_GI0ltU one of the requirements was remote access, and i used my duckdns domain in the setup, and it works, actually i have to use the google home app to access some devices remotely just because i can’t access home assistant

i have home assistant on a proxmox vm that it’s installed on a intel nuc and it’s 2021.8.8

turns out i could access my home assitant remotely with my duckdns, using wifi, it was my cellular network that had problems, but thanks to this amazing lad i fixed it, i just changed the apn of my cellular network from ipv4/ipv6 to ipv4 and it worked
