Captcha failing

I was requested to reconfigure Alexa Media Player. Unfortunately the captcha isn’t presenting:

If I click on the captcha resulting page if relevant is:

Usually if you just put in random characters into the captcha and hit submit it will tell you the captcha was incorrect and give you a new one. That one usually will show up properly.
