Has anyone been able to connect to the Captive Portal if WiFi fails? I can see the AP but it always fails on authentication. I am 100% sure that the password is correct. The password is between single quotes and it does not contain special characters.
I have tried with iOS and Android devices. Any ideas?
If the device is still attached to the computer serial connection, you can read the logs.
same problem happened on esp8266.
if all other configurations removed, captive portal works fine.
maybe there are too many codes.

I meant only basic configuration with WiFi and captive portal, without any sensor, light, display or any other component. Just for test.
