CC2652P2 PoE coordinator setup not working with ZHA

Has anyone set up this CC2652P2 Based Zigbee to PoE Coordinator with ZHA?

It auto-discovers, but when I try to set it up (brand new with “create new network”), it thinks for a while with Loading next step for Zigbee Home Automation and just gives this, nothing more:

It looks like this one should work with no issues, it’s even mentioned specifically in the ZHA docs.

So what the heck is going on?

I’m on haOS 10.1, core 2023.5.0 running haOS in a VM.

It also shows up as an ESPHome device to integrate, is that something I need to do first (same device shown twice below, once for ESPHome, once for ZHA)?

In the Tube’s web UI, I see this output repeating when trying to integrate:

Time level	Tag Message
15:00:20	[D] [streamserver:074]	New client connected from 10.0.30.61
15:00:20	[D] [binary_sensor:036]	'TubesZB Serial Connected': Sending state ON
15:00:21	[D] [streamserver:102]	Client 10.0.30.61 disconnected
15:00:21	[D] [binary_sensor:036]	'TubesZB Serial Connected': Sending state OFF

So, what in the end worked was to kill my deCONZ docker container and remove (disable) it in the HA UI.

Is this expected?

I would have imagined that you could have multiple ZigBee networks running at the same time - especially when one was though ZHA “natively” in HA, and via a PoE coordinator, and the other was through a ConBee II in a deCONZ docker container?
