Ceiling light in home assistant

Hello!

I have a few ceiling spots to fill with ceiling lights, so I started to check options with full home assistant integration to ensure I can embed them into various scenes.

After spending a lot of time surfing and searching for options without an extra hib required, I am desperate with what I have found, so some of you may have some advice.

Govee : I need to send it back today because it does not integrate in home-assistant at all

Tuya : Working until a particular extent but I cannot sync them with my light

LIFX : Most of my smart lights in the house are from LIFX, and I love them. However, I’m based in Europe, and the ceiling light is only available in 120V. Game over

Is there anything else with at least OK design that works well inside home-assistant?

Thanks

Dirk

You question is far too vague.

  • Recessed light or surface mount fitting? Why not a regular light fitting with a smart bulb in it?
  • Do you want colour control or is brightness enough?
  • How about a dumb light with smart dimmer? At least still control the light if HA is offline.

Yeelight .
