Cert err_cert_date_invalid

Hi Im getting this error in the crome : Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
It was working for months but today has expired the cert, and not refreshed.

My configuration is ok:

In the log it seems that ok the cert, but whenI try to login I can not.
THe cert diles in the ssl dir has not changed on my rasbery pi.
Can you help what could be the problem ?
From where can I copy the new cert files ?
I have olny 443 port open.
