Certificate Home Assistant not secure

Hi,

I’m at the hospital right now (luckily not for me :wink:) and I’m using the wifi.

When trying to connect to home assistant of my house via the compagnon app (duckdns), I get this message:

In English : the certificate of Home Assistant is not secure, check the certificate or the connection settings and try again.

I never had that error in other places, so why here…and can I do something about it ?

I still have access via VPN :wink:

I suspect a captive portal is intercepting the connection and messes with the certificate. Try opening a website in your browser first (e.g. https://neverssl.com/) .
