Change icon/picture base on a other sensor

the “Rubbish Colour” has a out come of blue or yellow

customize file

sensor.rubbish_day:
  entity_picture: /local/images/blue.png
  show_last_changed: true

what would be the best way to change the Rubbish Day Picture to match the colour

I can go in to the <> and change it that

change the blue.png to yellow.png I get

would like it to change base on the “Rubbish Colour” sensor

which manual should i be reading.
