Change state color depending on temperature

Hey!
I have searched on this forum and other forums for the correct way to do this, but i can’t really find how… I have tried myself but it just gets broken…

I have mushroom (and cardmod) installed in Home Assistant.

The pic below shows how i have it now, with temperature, and it’s green when it’s in the desired temperature, yellow if not and red if absolutely not…

I am trying to adjust my lovelace to be more “app” friendly, and would like to have the sensors like shown below the red line, but i would like the text to change color instead of a needle…

So ex, if temperature if below 20, then the text “19.9” should be yellow, if above 20 the text “20.1” should be green, and so on…

Is there some way to do this, and how?

Thanks!
