Change temperature unit on Pinecil v2 without changing all settings

I live in the US, where Fahrenheit is my default temperature unit. I’d like my Pinecil’s temperature output to be in Celsius, but leave everything else in Fahrenheit. Is there a way to do this?

Click on the entity, then cog wheel/settings, change the unit of measurement to whatever you like.
