Change "the issue has been repaired" message when you restart - incorrect English?

I think this needs to be changed to something more suitable in English. When Home Assistant needs to be restarted to install an update, etc. it is not in need of repair. It is just an action that is required and should be noted as completed, vs repaired.

To repair something is “fix or mend (a thing suffering from damage or a fault).” This implies that something was broken. The need to do a restart is not because of the the hub being in a broken state but just that a restart is required to complete the process of installation/update.

It would probably be more appropriate to say something as simple as “restart acknowledged” or “restart begun” or anything that the community thinks is appropriate other than “The issue is repaired”

Hi Simon Mason,

This sounds like an issue, as opposed to a feature request.
