Change user profile picture

There should be an option in user settings to set a profile picture. This picture would be displayed in the lower left corner, for person entities in lovelace and on the map.

Right now the only way to do this is to edit configuration files and manually upload a perfectly sized picture in a directory. Since home assistant is moving away from configuration files, there should be a UI option for this as well.

This has been a thing since I started using HA years ago:

Settings – People – Select the person – Change Picture
