Change Xiaomi Gateway wifi

Hello

Does anyone know how I can change my gateways wifi please? I’ve had to change the SSID but cannot see an option to change it in the Mi Home app.

It’s a bit of a pain. You’ll have to reset the gateway, restart your phone etc. Check these instructions in post #53 : http://en.miui.com/thread-223887-6-1.html

quick update. I didn’t need to do all that, just remove from the app, switch gateway off then on, re-add then switch it off then on. All other sensors are still there. 2 minute job in the end :slight_smile:

i dont even remember where i have all the child sensors hidden around my home. so not having to find and add them one by one is a huge life saver. I was also afraid that resetting it will generate a new token and extracting it the first time was an impossible mission.
