There are good reasons to switch to ZUI, but firmware upgrades is not one of them. HA supports the same functionality just fine.

If I press configure on the Z-wave integration it asks me if I want to use the Supervisor add-on. No clue what to do. Next it asks for the url, but I have no clue what url to use here.
