Changing docker network 'hassio' to run as --net=host instead of bridge

Hi!
I’m still fairly new to Linux and need some assistance to get the following to work.
I recently changed to running HA through VirtualBox with the latest HassOS image. Now I want to change the hassio network to run as ‘host’ instead of ‘bridge’. Which host commands do I need to run to achieve this?
