Changing entities names

I was just changing some entitynames in home assistant and was thinking how great it would be if you change the entityname you get the question to change all corresponding automations and lovelace cards automatically.

In studio code server there is an option to searchg for an entity and replace it with something you want on all files in the config folder. but it would be next level if everything in home assistant is instantly changed when you change an entityname. Offcourse with a question if you would like to change it or keep as is.

Not a new request. Did you search?

Not accurate. If you rename a device you get asked whether you want to rename the entities too (it will add it as a prefix to all), but it actually warns you that you must update all uses of said entities. This is not the same as doing a refactor in your IDE.
