Changing the state color - how?

Hya,

i have the folowing card:

type: entities
entities:
  - entity: binary_sensor.ek3117
    icon: mdi:radiator
    name: Egg Boiler EK3117
  - entity: switch.egg_on_off
    icon: mdi:egg
    name: On/Off
state_color: true

and would like to assign a diffente color fot state. Is there a way? I couln’t find it.
