Changing X & Y axis scale on sensor graph

Hi,

i thing that it can be usefull to add the possibilities to change graph scale,

For exemple, use day, month or year in place of actual hour displayed on all sensor graphs.

Is there any way to fix the scale of the graphs for sensors? For instance I have a humidity sensor and would like to fix the scale to 0% to 100%, at the moment HA automatically scales the charts making it difficult to compare against the last time the chart was looked at.
