Charts xaxis shows December/24 and bold instead of first of December

Servus,

I am very new to HA. The installation is 2 weeks old now. So i just “play” arround . So the Versions used should be new.

The Installation consists of Proxmox Server , HAOS with HACS .

I have tried different Charts and entities but they do the same .

The XAxis on 1 of December is always shown Bold and shows Dec/24 as a wrong value .

It seems maybe some Locale/DateTime problem ? Very Strange - also i have looked arround and nobody seems to have such a pain

Also if i use weekdays in the chart the “SUN” ( 1. December ) shows bold …

This is the simplest standard Chart code via GUI

chart_type: line
period: day
type: statistics-graph
entities:
  - sensor.node_pve_cpu_auslastung
hide_legend: true
logarithmic_scale: true

Thanks for any hints .

Best regards, Dietmar

  • Core 2024.11.3
  • Supervisor 2024.11.4
  • Operating System 13.2
  • Frontend 20241106.2

That’s “December 2024”. It’s not “wrong”.

Hello,

It is strange - for me this is wrong. If i use charts per day for the last 7 days it should show the days and nothing else . And why this on day shows bold on every different chart or entity ?

For me it looks like that the chart frontents are interpreting the 1st of December as an sort of Aggregation on the X-Axis . Because the mouse over functions shows the correct Date over the values itself …

hm,

Dietmar

Hi,

It would be great to know under what circumstances a Date entry in the X-Axis shows bold. This would greatly help a lot to find why it is like that .
