The joys of self hosting. It’s back up now.
Won’t it been easier to combine all the temp sensors and use the average to control the HVAC, since the system would be heating/cooling the entire house regardless?
No, I physically close the registers in the rooms I’m not using.
To be trully automated, maybe you can add some smart vents if it works for you, and control them in combination with your temp sensors?

Yea, it’s on my list to design and build some custom vents. Unfortunately, I cannot use any of the smart vents on the market as my vents are old victorian size vents about 10"x14".
