I’m looking for a cheap (preferably <14 USD) E27 spotlight light bulb. I’d like it to have RGB, but white-only with changing color temp would still be fine. Something similar to the Phillips hue PAR16 would be great. Does a bulb like this exist?
EDIT: Wi-Fi or universal zigbee would be preferable
EDIT 2: I currently have compact fluorescent bulbs in all 10 light fittings.
I have an RGB one that is controlled by an IR remote control. You can use it with something like a Broadlink RM blaster to control it with HA. Yeah, not elegant but it works, and its very cheap.

don’t expect perfection…its just a really cheap remote controlled RGB bulb. Since its IR, it can be controlled by Broadlink, hence HA.
