Cheap Zigbee adapter + TuYa TS0046 missing actions?

Good day, i have finally jumped the gap and installed home assistant, for that reason i have started testing with this 6 button switch TuYa TS0046 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT

And this zigbee adaptor

After testing, i see in logs of Zigbee2MQTT the corresponding actions, and buttons clicking, but sometimes they are missing for 5 seconds or so.
For example i press buttons 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 and in the middle i dont get 1 2
I have tried to test with different button swiches i have, and looks like it is the same.
Do you think its because of a cheap adaptor our because my setup is a VM with usb passthrough ? I am testing near the server so it is not a distance problem.
Should i buy a network Zigbee gateway instead ?

Thank you
Greg

Are you using an extension cable for your usb adapter?

That Zigbee adapter does not have a great range, but it should work if close enough.

I have decided to order a new zigbee adaptor after reading some explanatory topics about WIFI / Power lines problems, i think it is related to some kind of device which is killing the signal sometimes, probably wifi router which is 15cm next to it, i decided to order SMLIGHT SLZB-06(M) i will test it and let community know.
