Cheap zigbee lights from Amazon UK, maybe elsewhere

I just purchased three of these Linkind kits on Amazon UK - Two E27 9W bulbs and a (fairly useless) mini hub for just under £9 each. Throw the hub away and you’ve got two good quality zigbee lights for £4.50 each. Cheaper than Ikea!

The bulbs paired straight away with Zigbee2MQTT (switch them off and on 6 times, then leave them on) and brightness / colour temperature work.

The hub looks like this inside if anyone thinks it might be repurposed as a zigbee repeater?

Hi Martin,
I purchased the same bulbs and pairing worked very well (I’m generally quite happy) with these lights.
Interested to know if the zigbee hub can be repurposed as zigbee repeater.

FYI, in my instances the bulbs act themself act as repeaters. (one of them is relaying a philips hue motion sensor)
